Energy healing

Energy healing consists of several techniques, including Tzifa and Reiki, that aim to release tension and emotion in order to find vital energy and heal the body. Both Tzifa and Reiki are offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table, using light not invasive touch, with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head (Tzifa) or front and back of the torso (Reiki). Tibetan and crystal singing bowls are a part of all energy healing techniques perfomed at Centre Hygiène Vitalité

Energy healing techniques are meant to compliment traditional medicine, not relpace it.

Tzifa

Energy moves in a natural way releasing step by step resistance allowing your body to regain its vitality. La pratique énergétique Tzifa est une technique visant à libérer les tensions et les émotions qui sont cristallisées et mémorisées dans les cellules afin de retrouver l’énergie vitale. Lorsque ces mémoires énergétiques sont libérées du corps, la perception évolue, les individus deviennent plus positifs, conscients et parviennent à vivre pleinement leurs vies avec détachement. Ce cheminement thérapeutique favorise la libération des tensions ainsi qu’une diminution du refoulement des émotions. Par ce fait même, le quotidien devient plus simple et il est donc possible d’évoluer vers une vie saine et sereine.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui. Since originating in Japan, reiki has been adapted into varying cultural traditions across the world.

Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
